Resilience: The Fibre that Connects Us
Come and view the “Resilience: The Fibre that Connects Us” exhibition of felted wool artworks by Auckland textile artists Teri Berry, Julie Dowland, Lynn Hefkey, Margaret Joppa, Sarah Ritchie, Christine Roxburgh, Jaq Spirrett, and Angela Stanfield.
Held at the Franklin Arts Centre in Pukekohe from 18 June to 8 July, this incredible exhibition honours the inherent resilience of wool as the primary fibre used and the artists who work with it. It also symbolises the interconnectedness of the Auckland Felters and the wider Creative Fibre community.

Stolen car - LPP146 blue Daihatsu boon
Hi neighbours
Our locked vehicle was stolen from our driveway in the early hours of this morning - 27/12/25. It is a blue Daihatsu boon rego # LPP146. I am a carer to my 92yrs mum. Her walker was in the back with 4 boxes of washed clothes for hospice op shop. If you see this vehicle can you pls call the police and message me on neighbourly.
