Harbour Bridge maintenance
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises there will be closures around State Highway 1 (SH1) Auckland Harbour Bridge on Monday 2 October between 9.30pm and 5am due to maintenance.
What you need to know:
- There will be southbound lane restrictions including the southbound clip-on lanes.
- Shelly Beach Road southbound off-ramp will be closed at this time (best detour via Fanshawe Street, Beaumont Street and Westhaven Drive).
- There may be increased noise levels as paving activities are being carried out.

Stolen car - LPP146 blue Daihatsu boon
Hi neighbours
Our locked vehicle was stolen from our driveway in the early hours of this morning - 27/12/25. It is a blue Daihatsu boon rego # LPP146. I am a carer to my 92yrs mum. Her walker was in the back with 4 boxes of washed clothes for hospice op shop. If you see this vehicle can you pls call the police and message me on neighbourly.
