Is anyone in Manurewa experiencing intermittent issues with power surges/reduced power supply in past week?

Comes with the wire to charge.
Please note not sure about the Apple ID password as gifted to someone and due to break up got it back however does not know about the password.

Sony 32" LCD TV, works perfectly fine. We have brand new HDMI converter and can add for extra $10.
TV can be used for gaming.
Doesn't have remote however any universal remote will work with it.
