Discover how easy it is to turn your food waste into gold for your garden. Bokashi is a process of "pickling" your food scraps in an airtight bucket system, adding a special micro-organism to ferment your food waste to kick-start the composting process. Join the Compost Collective at Waiuku Zero Waste for this hands-on workshop where you'll make your own Bokashi system and learn how to make the most of it.
