Anybody missing a kitty?
We have had this lovely animal hanging around our house on botanical road west end for a couple of days - possibly the friendliest cat we've ever met, used to small children NOT skittish and quite happy to grace you with its presence anywhere. We are worried that it's people miss it but it has no micro chip but does have a blue collar with bell, also has dried bits of paint on its fur so possibly from a house that's renovating etc

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
