An introduction
Hi all
I thought it might be useful to run a series of posts that explain a bit more about My Health myself (MHm for short) and self-management education in general. If you have any questions feel free to ask them here and I will do my best to give you an answer within the space of a post. I am aiming to do twenty posts, one each day, leading up to our first courses starting on the 12 February. So keep an eye out for tomorrow's post "What is My Health myself"; I may even change the picture :). You can even check out our YouTube video if you're brave.
Take care everyone
Gavin

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
