Homeless Awareness Hikoi this Saturday 4 Dec
Just a wee reminder that it is all happening this Saturday. If you have not signed the petition yet please contact me so I can let you know where to go to do that. Start meeting at 1.30 pm to be ready for a 2.00 pm departure at the car park at the Kapiti Rd end by the back of the motel which is across the road from the Bakery. Bring your placards and facemasks with you. If you have any questions just post them and I will do my best to answer them. I will not be responding to any negative comments. The route is on the flyer attached

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
