Change and Loss Programme - Seasons for Growth

Are you dealing with significant life changes? There is help.
Seasons for Growth Adult Programme aims to build resilience and bring hope and confidence to adults who have experienced significant change or loss. This may be due to separation, death, relocation, work changes, changes in health or any other significant changes that need to be adjusted to for life to continue in a healthy way.
Next programme is to be held in Warkworth.

Start date - Wednesdays, August 23rd
Time - 10.30 am - 1 pm approx.
Cost $25 - to cover the cost of your Seasons for Growth journal
Registration is essential.
