Remote Cooking by our Cookery Level 5 students
Our diploma students have been studying from home during this extended lockdown and cooking up these delicious dishes from their home kitchen as a part of our module on Edible plants.
Here are some of the photos from they have prepared.
1. Beetroot, radish and onion shells with radicchio and walnut vinaigrette by Bianka

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Are you looking for the perfect story book for children? Donkey Tails is available to purchase for $20 plus P&P from the contacts below. It's a delightful book with lovely illustrations by Julianne Edwards. The author, Jenny Roberts, re-tells some memorable events involving donkeys. Suitalbe for 3 to 7 yr olds it's a must buy.
