How can you heal yourself? How can you send healing to others?

Many different modalities come under the heading of Energy Healing and there are so many different and varied ways of it being applied.
Some methods can appear complex and feel like they are beyond the realms of possibility for some people, however, Paula’s belief is that it can be simple to learn and most definitely possible for everyone to access.

Spiritual Healing and Qigong (Chee gung) Healing are two methods practised by Paula.

Come along and find out how Healing Energy is available to everyone and can be utilized to aid yourself and others.

To contact Paula call or text 027 239 9182 or email

For the free draw Paula is gifting a Healing Session for 2 separate people
Everyone welcome, this is an open group, come along if you can, look forward to seeing you there!

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
