The Taranaki Symphony Orchestra is celebrating 50 years since the first moon landing - Saturday 20th July. This will be a visual spectacular with accompanying space videos from the moon landing to the International Space station and beyond to a tour of the planets, galaxies and nebulae.
Music from Haydn to Holst, Dvorak to David Bowie, Strauss to Star Wars and Star Trek. Featuring singers Phillipa Drinkwater & Sam Egli, and pianist Denise Hayes. Bring the whole family to celebrate a wonderful historic event and take an imaginative tour through the wonders of outer space.
