Yesterday, we celebrated 40 years of serving the amazing Nelson Tasman community! 🌟 Since opening our doors for the first time on October 8, 1984, we've been offering free services, support, and advice to all. 💙 Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey, and to those whose hard work and dedication built the foundation we stand on today. The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
