Advance Care Planning Workshops - Free

Krisca Gould from Nelson Tasman Hospice

Many people find it difficult to talk about dying. Like birth, it is a stage that benefits from planning and discussion.

Having a plan outlines our care preferences for the future. Having an Advance Care Plan (ACP) that aligns with our beliefs and values, is a gift that we can give to our family / whānau.

Come along to one of our free workshops and find out more about how an ACP can benefit you and your family/whānau. Registration essential due to limited available spaces.
