Choose your future neighbours

Carole from Atawhai

Our well loved home is for sale and we are giving you the opportunity to choose your neighbours. Please feel free to share this post

6 Devenish Place, off Frenchay Drive in Atawhai, is an easy 6 minute drive from Central Nelson. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac of modern homes, it provides a warm and cozy oasis.

Living is easy here - low maintenance Monier brick, a tile profile roof and a flat, fully fenced section combine to ensure your free time is spent relaxing and enjoying the sun-soaked living areas. Peace of mind is ensured with a Master Builders Guarantee (2015) and the rib-raft floor provides added thermal efficiency as well as seismic strengthening.

Entertaining is a breeze with easy flow to the paved outdoor dining area, and inside, the kitchen is the true hub of the home. The chef in your family will be delighted with the double oven with gas hob and butlers pantry and the open plan living and dining room.

Besides the master bedroom, with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, there are two double bedrooms, which share a spacious family bathroom.

Zoned for Clifton Terrace School and free bus to Nelson College (Boys and Girls), this would make an ideal home for smaller families, those looking to downsize or anyone wanting an easy, comfortable lifestyle in a warm and inviting home.

Come along to one of this week's Open Homes: Thursday at 12pm or Sunday at 3pm - see you there!

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
