has anyone come up with an idea that you can hook thelarge wheelie bin up to your car (doesnt have a toebar) to drive it down a very steep driveway to be collected. council wont change the size without payment so I am stuck with this large bin. thankyou in advance

Dec 2016 - almost brand new!
Fluffy black female cat. 2-3 years old. Spayed and vaccinated. Very friendly. Unfortunately I can longer care for her so need to find a new home for her. Also comes with free cat carry box.
