The books are FREE but people can drop a coin inside in a container on the counter which will be given to Cranford … View moreEvery few months I have a Free Book Day outside the front of the Little Book Shop, 51 Latham Street, Napier. Our next one is this Saturday 29th July, 9.30am til afternoon sometime. The books are FREE but people can drop a coin inside in a container on the counter which will be given to Cranford Hospice. All manner of books, nonfiction, children's, fiction will be available. Around 50 - 60 boxes at least.

We’re keen to expand the numbers playing pipes and drums and Alan is planning to get a drumming group underway in August.
Starting Sunday 13 August at 10am at the Band Rooms, Nelson Park.

They are so worth what we do!Thankyou so much to Atawhai who provided the soup tonight again,because they have commited to this fortnightly through the winter we now have the capacity to do another weekly meal on the streets,starting next Wednesday,so every Monday and Wednesday 6pm at clive sqaure in Napier we will be serving hot meals!Thankyou to all those volunteers who were out tonight in the rain serving
