Every few months I have a Free Book Day outside the front of the Little Book Shop, 51 Latham Street, Napier. Our next one is this Saturday 29th July, 9.30am til afternoon sometime. The books are FREE but people can drop a coin inside in a container on the counter which will be given to Cranford Hospice. All manner of books, nonfiction, children's, fiction will be available. Around 50 - 60 boxes at least.

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
