Keeping you up to date in September:
1, We had good attendance at the September Car Boot Sale. Our thanks to all the sellers/buyers who came along despite the cold, gloomy weather forecast. Enquiries are gathering momentum for the Saturday October 4th sites so do get your booking in early - contact Linda 027 940 8882 or Sue 027 544 3002.
2. The Small Events fundraising movie proved to be very popular with tickets sold out which enabled us to bank $880 for this event. Thank you to the ticket sellers and to everyone for your support.
3. Our Gerry the Giraffe raffle has now been drawn with Nisha buying the winning ticket No. 199.
4. Our next Small Events fundraiser is a Quiz evening at the Sprig and Fern on Tuesday September 30th. Please encourage teams to come along and have a fun night out whilst supporting our Motueka Aquatic Centre Small Events fundraising. Please book your team table by phoning 03 528 4684. Start time 7 pm. Good raffle prizes!

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
