OUR OP SHOPS NEED YOU!

We URGENTLY need volunteers for our SPCA Op Shops in Nelson, Richmond, Motueka and Blenheim. We are extremely short-staffed! 😨

The roles we are looking to fill include (but are not limited to):

▪ Till sales and customer service
▪ Sorters for clothing, toys and other donations
▪ Handy person
▪ Cleaner
▪ Rag cutter
▪ Seedling propagator

Our Op Shops raise vital funds for New Zealand's most vulnerable animals. When you volunteer at our Op Shops, you help the SPCA rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need. Will you be an animal hero and join our team? 😸

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
