Have you visited Marsden Cross?

Rangihoua Heritage Park is about 2 hours from Whangārei and includes Marsden Cross. It is unofficially the birthplace of the nation after hosting the first Christian service in 1814, which started the first European settlement. Have you been to Rangihoua Heritage Park and taken the walk down to Marsden Cross? What do you think of it?

What's your experience with pre-fabricated homes?

The Sunday Star-Times is looking into the rise of transportable/ kit-set/ pre fabricated homes. The upsides are build-efficiency, quality of design, and cost. The downsides appear to be land supply, red-tape with council and difficulty getting lending from banks.
