novice kayak fisherman seeks other kayak fisherman to go fishing with
I have just bought a new entry level fishing kayak and I was just wondering if there might bed other keen kayak fisherman in the local area that want to do trips to easy spots first and then maybe to islands to camp next year in hammocks or tents using small motors. I like spearfishing and am a surfcasting rock hopper when I went fishing in the past . drop us a line if interested.
Roadworks on SH1 between Hampton Downs and Rangiriri
From 7 to 18 December, there will be night-time closures on SH1 between Hampton Downs and Rangiriri (Sundays to Thursdays, 9pm to 5am) to carry out wire rope barrier maintenance. Please expect delays when travelling through this area.
