Classical Ballet Classes for Senior Ladies

A new beginners Classical Ballet class for senior ladies age over 50 years is starting on Tuesday 27th July in Warkworth.
12:30pm to 1:30pm
Methodist Church Hall, Warkworth
Cost $10 per session (pay as you attend - not a term fee)
Every Tuesday
Wear - comfortable active wear (layers that can be removed as you warm up) and socks on feet.

This is a fun, safe and structured classical ballet class specifically tailored to suit older ladies who have always wanted to try ballet, or perhaps danced briefly in their youth. Physical limitations can be taken into account. There is no jumping, running or turning. Focus is on enjoyment, artistry, core stability, and basics of ballet technique. I am a fully qualified and registered Royal Academy of Dance teacher with over 30 years teaching experience.
