Venue; Community Hall, 2 Alnwick St (next door to Town Hall), Warkworth.
Open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start. $5 contribution at the door – Harmony Circle is non-profit.

Nia® is a holistic fitness class that blends dance, martial arts and healing arts. It’s effective, fun and transformational plus a great workout for body, mind, emotions and spirit.
It’s non-impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia® delivers a full body and brain fitness experience while helping people form a deeper connection to themselves and their body.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
