3 year old home on 1.88 Hectares under 1 million!

James from Warkworth

Hi all.
4 Bed, 2 Bath, 190sqm 3 year old Golden Home on 1.88Ha just off West Coast Rd, SH16 end.
Extensive rural views in all directions.
This was going to be our forever home, but circumstances have changed and means we  are moving to the South Island.
15 mins to Warkworth, 20 to Wellsford, 30 to Silverdale. We work on the North Shore and average a 45-50 minute commute so not as far as it looks on the map.
Viewings are by appointment for convenience to all.
Happy to field any questions if you wanted to message directly.
Have a great day

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
