Suit retired/semi-retired couple who would love to live on a beautiful organic property near Warkworth/Matakana bordered by Mahurangi River & Vinyard. Experience with horses helpful.
4 hours housework & 6 hours gardening/maintenance per week plus $200 pw rent or hours by negotiation.
Part of the exchange requires taking care of the property and owners small dog & horses when owner away for free rent. At these times caretaker only pays services $50pw.
