Hi, I have one massive single solid Oak Door, that I was going to use for a renovation project but in the end I did not use it. I do have some Art Deco style architraves that will come with the door. I am unsure if I have all the architraves.

Here are the sizes for the single oak door:
1 43mm deep
2 2130mm high
3 906mm wide
The door apparently came from the Newmarket Town Hall, but I am not 100% sure
Please note that since the photo was taken the keypad security has been removed
Price: $1,200

The rate would cost ratepayers between $114-200 per annum and replace the council's transport levy – which would expire in June 2018.
What do you think? Do you agree with paying a targeted rate?
