THANKS
Following our 'shout-out' on Neighbourly for volunteer help with the Christmas Dinner on 24th November for Christian Fellowship For Disabled, held at Moera Community Hall, we had a fantastic evening. Thanks to all those who provided food, helped with the service, and helped with the clean-up. You were all awesome - a real community effort!! Special mention must go to Sharon, and Nikki & her husband - your time and committment to us was amazing. Also to the group from the 'Happy Wanderers' who volunteered to sing Christmas songs to us. You helped to make this a special night! God bless you all, and have a wonderful Christmas.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
