Pak n Save Upper Hutt

Rick from Belmont

Saw a lady with two children with a locked trolley wheel five feet from yellow line(theory is if you cross the line wheel locks up..except at Pak n lock up Upper Hutt)In her case, she reached the pavement, nowhere near the line and her trolley full of groceries and children lock its wheel. We had to physically lift the trolley & drag the whole thing to her car? What is going on Pak N Save, rectify this urgently,as it is a stupid arrangement by your security system, which obviously not working.Remember, people have the choice of shopping elsewhere and don't necessarily want to park in your car park. So,hop to it & fix this crazy situation & stop more distraught young mothers like the one yesterday, from being stranded on the pavement.

Speed limits around NaeNae

Susan from Naenae

Hi Neighbors, Just a heads up, I have just received a $170 fine for driving at 50km on Rata Street Naenae on a SUNDAY Morning. I wrote to NZTA pointing out and sending in a photo of sign stating that it was 30km on school days between those hours, but they said that the whole of Rata Street and some surrounding streets are 30km 24/7 and have been for over a year. Did I miss this been advised by council? Always good to be informed. Merry Christmas to all
