Accident on Melling bridge
Hi
I need some help, on the 3rd of April I was heading back to work after dropping Zoe at school, I was stopped on the Melling bridge in Lower Hutt waiting for the lights 9.05am when the truck in the photo that was in front of me decided to reverse on the bridge. The driver told me he wanted to get in the other lane and didn't see me behind him. Seriously who reverses on a bridge. I then had to follow him till he stopped by the Melling Station. He gave me all his details including his license which I have a photo of. Now he is disputing this so I am looking for witnesses to help me.

Speed limits around NaeNae
Hi Neighbors, Just a heads up, I have just received a $170 fine for driving at 50km on Rata Street Naenae on a SUNDAY Morning. I wrote to NZTA pointing out and sending in a photo of sign stating that it was 30km on school days between those hours, but they said that the whole of Rata Street and some surrounding streets are 30km 24/7 and have been for over a year. Did I miss this been advised by council? Always good to be informed. Merry Christmas to all
