Annually Normandale Lower Hutt holds an inorganic rubbish collection run by the Residents Assn.
Big skips are dropped off, and metal collection take their share off goods. RESIDENTS of Normandale who paid their subs are checked off as their vehicles are unloaded...YOU can pay at the skip if preferrred.
