RiverLink is a partnership between Hutt City Council, Greater Wellington, and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency working collaboratively with Taranaki Whānui kit e Upoko o te Ika and Ngāti Toa Rangatira as mana whenua to deliver flood protection, the revitalisation of Lower Hutt’s central city, and Melling transport improvements.
