Polio Vaccine Hastings NZ 1962
Living in Hastings during the Polio epidemic, we queued up outside the Movie theatre and swallowed the vaccine off a teaspoon.
Friends who lived/survived in iron lungs made us see how sensible it was to be vaccinated.
