Free exercise programme for post-menopausal women
*UPDATE* The Petone groups are now filling up and I might only have one more space available (mo, wed, Fri 12.30pm or 1.30pm). There is still a few more spaces for evening classes (4pm and 6pm, days to be confirmed) at the Wellington location!

We are still looking for more women, and have a few more places available!
There is currently an exciting opportunity for post-menopausal women to take part in a 3 months mini-trampoline exercise programme! This research is going to examine how a 3-months mini-trampoline exercise programme can improve overall fitness, bone density, and pelvic floor muscle functioning in older healthy women.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
