We have moved!
Te Omanga Hospice is now located at 136 Woburn Road in Lower Hutt. Thank you to the very capable New Zealand Army and Hammonds Transport for helping us move back.
While it's sad to say goodbye to Petone and all the wonderful cafes, it is good to be back. A special thank you to the Petone community and residents on Britannia Street who were very accommodating and made us feel so welcome.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
