My top 5 tips for achieving your goals
Sometimes it's hard to achieve our goals, especially when it comes to health and wellness. A lot of excuses can get in the way such as "I don't have time" or "it's too expensive" which are just two of the excuses I hear a lot.
But I believe it's about priorities and learning to say no so that you can look after yourself.
