The Great NZ Tractor Trek
Phil Aish and his friends are coming to the Hutt Valley with a cavalcade of vintage tractors, jeeps and trucks. They are trekking 2,600 km from Bluff to Cape Reinga over 26 days, raising funds for hospices throughout New Zealand, including Te Omanga Hospice.
On Wednesday, 21 February at 5.30 pm the Tractor Trek will visit Petone Beach where we plan to give them a warm Hutt Valley welcome! Come show your support by joining us on the beach by the 'oars sculpture'. Bring your family, friends and fish'n'chips.
Phil started the Great New Zealand Tractor Trek in memory of his wife, Janice, who died in hospice care.
