Caught 2 people yesterday going to drop of a mattress and folding table at recycling at bottom of Kelson. Stopped them and made them put back on their ute. Took photo of reg no and watch them take it away. Wish people would stop dropping rubbish there when no bins there.

Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.
This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.
