With the low interest rates and a busy market, some owners may find they have equity in their family home. This could be used for a home upgrade, home update or maybe even an investment property!
Simply call, email or head to my website if you would like to receive your free confidential e-appraisal report, which will let you know an indication of the current market value of your home and a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of recently sold homes similar to your own.

The dictionary definition of the word used is "a layer of dirt or froth on the surface of a liquid". The word was used in a direct quote from the NZ Herald, it would appear then that is ok for MMS media to use it but not me. Funny really when Neighbourly is owned by Stuff, who promote themselves as champions of free speech.
