During alert Level 4, you won’t be able to see us in person but our team will still be working from home.
Following the guidelines from the Ministry Of Health the below is now in place:
• All open homes will be cancelled and no private viewings or building inspections will take place
• We are still able to write offers & negotiate contracts as we have digital systems in place
• Settlements may be deferred as physical moving cannot take place
• Conditional contracts may need to be extended if conditions can’t be met due building inspections not being carried out.
