Robot Workshops for kids
4 WEEKLY Saturday Sessions with Tutor Mark Jackson
For Children aged 8-15yrs
$60 for 4 Workshops. Saturday August 25th, Sep 1st,8th,15th at 2-4pm.
Spaces are limited and filling fast!
Bring in a box of junk to create the
"Old School Robot sculpture" of your dreams.
Hunt out such things as:
Old tools
Pots & pans
Kitchen utensils
Electrical junk/equipment
Random nuts/bolts/washers/coins etc
We will happily assist you with assembly and offer guidance on design and pragmatic construction, there will be opportunities to gain "hands on" light engineering skills in a safe and supervised environment.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
