We wanted to let you know that there is an urgent outage in your area this afternoon from 3pm-4pm (Wednesday 27 June) for us to disconnect some properties from generation and reconnect them to the electricity network after repairing a cable fault.

Streets affected include parts of Gilbransen Road, Lewis Younie Road, Madden Avenue, Matua Road, Walter Ruddock Avenue.

Customers that are affected will also be sent an email or a text message.

If you use medical equipment that relies on electricity you should let your retailer know and ensure you are prepared for power disruption. If there is an immediate health threat, please contact your health provider or call 111.

We apologise for any inconvenience this work may cause and thank you for your patience and co-operation while we get the job done.
