Menopause Workshop
What a great day Catherine Taylor of 'Still Mind Body Aromatherapy' and I of 'Age Drop Personal Training & Coaching' had on Sunday, sharing our knowledge and expertise on all things menopause with a lovely group of ladies!
A big up to them for trusting us to create a safe space, and investing the time in themselves to learn about this major life transition. Lots of laughs, some epiphany’s and a good day all round!
A big thanks to Catherine for her awesome mahi in doing the prep for the (yummy!) food and getting the fantastic goodie bags sorted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you or someone you know are interested in coming to the next one (TBC) at the beautiful Ora Ora Retreat in Kerikeri, leave a comment or send a DM. Have a great day! 😀😀😀

A riddle to start the festive season 🌲🎁🌟
I'm a fruit. If you take away my first letter, I'm a crime. If you take away my first two letters, I'm an animal. If you take away my first and last letter, I'm a form of music. What am I?
