Mental well-being in challenging times. We just launched our first series of mental well-being seminars, a series of workshops focused on teaching people life skills that improve mental well-being in difficult times. All our work is based on the notion that stress, depression, anxiety and all other forms of mental unwell-being are caused by keeping our mind in automatic pilot. By using the skills we teach this automatic pilot is swithced off and you are back to manual control.
