ICC takes $2.7m financial hit
Invercargill City Council revenue streams have been dealt a $2.7m blow on the back of Covid-19.
Although, to limit the damage, the council’s operating expenses have been reeled in which has included saving $900,000 from not filling some staff vacancies.
