China's electric car NZ$12,000
Great Wall China have just released their new electric car ( 26/12 ) with a range of 320km ( expected 240 in real world ) top speed 100kmph. Designed for urban rather than open road. Chinese architects design some beautiful building , might need to get some to design a car to look a little like my runabout / shopping cart.
