Hi, due to unforeseen circumstances, I now have to sell our property at Wallace Town. Currently it has 2 ewes (due to lamb in Sept), 1 ram and a vege garden that will feed family of 4. Situated on the land is a caravan with a built enclosure, that we were going to rent out to back packers / cyclists travelling through Southland, so small business venture to be had also.
