My name is Hoang Thi Nguyet Nguyen (Lucy), a student of Postgraduate Diploma in Business Enterprise at Southern Institute of Technology, Invercargill. As part of this course, I am conducting a research on the feasibility of opening a Vietnamese restaurant in Invercargill.
