Mental well-being in challenging times. We just launched our first series of mental well-being seminars, a series of workshops focused on teaching people life skills that improve mental well-being in difficult times. All our work is based on the notion that stress, depression, anxiety and all other forms of mental unwell-being are caused by keeping our mind in automatic pilot. By using the skills we teach this automatic pilot is swithced off and you are back to manual control.
The four topics that we start our seminars/workshops with are: Mindfulness, Communication skills for couples, Rational Thinking skills and Self-compassion skills. Have a look: vanbilsen.help...
