Seeking long term rental
Hello neighbour's I'm looking for a long term rental for my pensioner self and my 10.5 yr smallish dog. I am a careful, reliable tenant, responsible and mindful of others. Have been in my current rental over 20 years and have treated it as if it were my own. Can provide references. My dog is friendly, doesn't dig, is totally house trained and I always clean up after her outside. I seek a 2 bedroom house or unit, fenced and preferably with a bit of garden and off street parking. Maximum rent around $550 - $570 a week. Prefer Paraparaumu/Raumati.

Vandalism is costing ratepayers - what can be done to better protect our public spaces?
Vandals have repeatedly damaged public amenities across the Waikato District, leaving ratepayers to pick up the bill. So far in 2025, the cost has climbed to nearly $123,000, reports the Waikato Times.
The council is urging residents to report vandalism as soon as possible.
