CCG Working Bee
Join us for our working bee this Saturday 17th Nov. from 9 am to Noon.
2a Vogel St. (Down the driveway to no. 4.)
Bring a picnic lunch and all the family. We will work for all ages - crushing egg shells, painting the gazebo, mowing lawns, making new covers for the raised beds, netting the vines and fruit trees, planting pumpkins etc. Those who work on the day may take fresh spray free veges home with them. If anyone has a weed eater - please bring it. Thanks

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
